Deicmar is concerned about the security and privacy of the information of its clients and users of the website www.deicmar.com (including the tools e-manager and e-enclosure).

To preserve this security and allow all clients and users of the DEICMAR website to navigate in a completely safe environment and protected from the access of third parties, DEICMAR developed some rules for the access to the tool e-manager, available on the DEICMAR website.

They are:

Automatic Password Blocking
To broaden the level of security of access to e-manager and e-enclosure, Deicmar implemented an automatic password blocking, in case the access to this tool does not take place on the period of 60 uninterrupted days, starting after the access password is received.

(*) Access Password
It is an eight-digit numeric code. Generated together with the user login, this password allows the access to the e-manager or e-enclosure, and the visualization of all transactions available in this tool related to the contracted premises.

Virtual Keyboard
The virtual keyboard is a tool Deicmar offers to increase your security. You must use it to inform your access password, especially if the computer you are using is shared with other people or does not have an anti-virus program installed and updated.

With the virtual keyboard, you shall inform your password using the mouse.

Automatic Session Closing (Time-Out)
If the user is logged in for more than 20 minutes and does not execute any transaction, the system will automatically close the session.

Last Access Certification
Every time the user accesses the tool e-manager or e-enclosure, our system will inform the date and hour of the user's last access.

In case this last access is not confirmed by the user, it is recommended that a new access password is immediately updated, taking into consideration that other non-authorized people might have accessed the content of this information, without the user's consent.

Security Certificate
The website is certified by Certisign, an entity responsible for ensuring safe website access for the main companies around the world.

Cryptography
All information inserted and passwords used are cryptographed.
